Praevum is a small team in a closed validation phase. Every message below reaches a person; we do not run automated ticketing.
Support and account questions
Write to [email protected] for sign-in problems, plan and allowance questions, data-deletion requests, or anything about your account. Include the email address you signed up with. We aim to reply within two business days.
Requesting access
Praevum is invite-only during validation. If you do not have an invite code, submit the sign-up form without one to join the waitlist, or email the address above with a line about your role and how you intend to use the platform. Go to sign-up.
Abuse, security and misuse reports
To report abusive use of the platform, a suspected security weakness, or content you believe violates our Terms of Service, email [email protected] with the subject line ABUSE REPORT. Tell us what you saw, where, and when. Security reports are acknowledged within one business day; please do not test against other users’ accounts or data.
What we will not do by email
We will never ask for your password. Account changes are made only after we confirm the request from the email address on the account.
