• Content you submit — the queries, scenarios, and documents you provide for analysis.
• Usage & diagnostic data — feature usage, aggregate funnel events, and technical logs used to secure and improve the Service.
• Limited network identifiers — used in hashed form for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We use information to provide and secure the Service, generate your assessments, enforce usage allowances, prevent abuse, and improve output quality. We do not sell your personal information.

To generate assessments, the content you submit is processed by our AI infrastructure and by aggregated open-source references. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Cached open-source signal and diagnostic logs are retained on a short, rolling basis. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and abuse prevention. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your Praevum account representative.
