Terms of Service

Praevum provides AI-assisted intelligence analysis, including structured assessments, scenario modeling, and open-source signal aggregation. The Service is a decision-support tool intended to augment — not replace — professional judgment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or attempt to identify or target individuals unlawfully.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.

The Service offers complimentary and paid plans with differing usage allowances and capabilities. Allowances are enforced on a per-account basis and may renew periodically. Where paid plans are offered, fees, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

Assessments produced by the Service are analytic estimates generated by AI models drawing on open-source information. They may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any operational, safety, legal, financial, or life-critical decision. See our Intelligence Disclaimer for details. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Praevum and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant Praevum a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praevum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service’s outputs.

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
